It never ceases to amaze me how this property can be so close to everything yet feel so much like a retreat.  We have friends that think horse sitting for us is like going on vacation!

These are tough economic times.  We unfortunately need to sell our farm and we purchased it when the market was high.  You would love to own a 5 acre farm in Florida with no mortgage, right?!  After two years trying to sell the conventional way, we have decided to get creative.  Our hopes are that this will bring the much needed financial relief to both us and the winner. 

This is for real and this is legal.  I am a licensed realtor and have set up a team including accountant, lawyer and head judge.  There is a seperate account set up for the funds until the end of the contest.
